NCL was constituted in 1994 to provide broad based and experienced management services to owners who require professional management services or who are planning development of commercial, office, or retail and industrial real estate assets. The role of NCL is to represent owners and undertake responsibilities of decisions and actions, within delegated authority, necessary to achieve project goals.
